Renters between 18 and 24 may be considered at our discretion with a non-refundable $250 Young Driver Fee.

A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required and collected via Stripe before vehicle release. It is returned within 48 hours of vehicle return, provided all conditions of the rental agreement are met and no damage, violations, or mileage overages are found.

Yes. We deliver throughout the Atlanta metro area. Delivery within 10 miles of Atlanta is free. Delivery between 10–20 miles is $65. Airport delivery to Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL) is also available — select your preference when booking.

150 miles per rental day are included. Miles in excess of the daily limit are charged at $3.00 per mile and will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately.

A 1-hour grace period is provided at no charge. Hours 1–3 late are charged at $75 per hour. Beyond 3 hours without communication, the rate increases to $150 per hour. Beyond 24 hours without an approved extension or communication, the vehicle will be reported stolen to the Atlanta Police Department and GPS recovery will be initiated immediately.

No. Only the renter named on the rental agreement is authorized to operate the vehicle under any circumstances. Permitting an unauthorized driver is a material breach of the agreement and results in immediate forfeiture of the full security deposit and personal liability for all damages.

Yes. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking that continuously monitors speed, location, and mileage. Speeds at or above 100 mph trigger a written warning. A second offense results in full deposit forfeiture. Speeds above 120 mph or any track use result in immediate deposit forfeiture and rental termination.

Personal use only within the state of Georgia. No commercial use, rideshare (Uber/Lyft), racing, track use, or off-road driving is permitted under any circumstances. Contact us if you have specific plans or questions before booking.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Deposits and rental payments are collected through our secure Stripe payment link before the vehicle is released.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Modifications are subject to availability — contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
