Eligibility Requirements

The standard minimum rental age is 25 years. Renters 25 and older are subject to standard terms with no additional age-related fees. Renters between the ages of 18 and 24 may be permitted at the sole discretion of Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC — permission must be explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the rental, and a non-refundable Young Driver Fee of $250.00 applies. No vehicle will be rented to anyone under 18 years of age under any circumstances.

All renters must hold a valid, unexpired U.S. driver's license that has not been suspended, revoked, or restricted in any way. Renters must not have been convicted of reckless driving, DUI, or any vehicular felony in the past 5 years. Misrepresentation of any eligibility requirement voids the rental agreement and results in full deposit forfeiture.

Insurance Requirements

Renters must maintain active full coverage personal auto insurance (comprehensive and collision) that extends to non-owned vehicles. Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC will verify coverage by direct telephone call to the renter's insurance provider before vehicle release. Renter's personal policy is the primary coverage for any incident during the rental period. Insurance company name, policy number, and agent contact are required at the time of booking.

Security Deposit & Fees

A refundable security deposit of $500-2,500 is required and must be collected via Stripe prior to vehicle release. The deposit is returned within 48 hours of vehicle return, provided all conditions of the rental agreement are met.

Deposit funds may be applied toward any of the following:

• ◆Vehicle damage not present at pickup (beyond normal wear and tear)
• ◆Late return fees as described in Section 06
• ◆Excess mileage at $3.00 per mile over the daily limit
• ◆Cleaning fee: $50.00 minimum (light cleaning) to $300.00 (excessively dirty interior)
• ◆Smoke or odor remediation: $300.00 (professional ozone treatment required)
• ◆Traffic tickets, tolls, or parking violations: full fine amount plus $50.00 administrative fee
• ◆Speed violation deposit forfeiture per Section 05

If total charges exceed the deposit amount, renter is personally liable for the outstanding balance. Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC reserves the right to pursue collection through all available legal remedies.

Mileage & Fuel Policy

Each rental day includes 150 miles. Miles in excess of the daily limit are charged at $3.00 per mile and will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately. The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less than a full tank, renter will be charged the current market rate per gallon plus a refueling service fee.

Speed Violation Policy

All vehicles are equipped with a GPS tracking device that continuously monitors speed, location, mileage, and driving behavior. Speed data is actively reviewed by Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC. The following policy applies to any speed recorded at or exceeding 100 miles per hour.

• ◆First offense: immediate written warning via text/email; no deposit deduction; warning logged permanently to renter's record.
• ◆Second offense: security deposit is automatically and irrevocably forfeited in full; rental may be terminated immediately; future rentals permanently denied.
• ◆Immediate forfeiture (first occurrence): sustained speeds above 100 mph for 10+ consecutive seconds; any speed above 120 mph; track, racetrack, or organized speed event use at any speed.

GPS speed data constitutes binding and conclusive evidence in any dispute arising under this section.

Late Return Policy

Vehicle must be returned by the date and time specified in the rental agreement. A grace period of one (1) hour is provided at no charge.

• ◆Hours 1–3 late: $75.00 per hour
• ◆Beyond 3 hours without communication: $150.00 per hour
• ◆Beyond 24 hours without communication or approved extension: vehicle will be reported stolen to the Atlanta Police Department and GPS-assisted recovery initiated immediately.

Extensions must be requested and approved in writing (text or email) before the original return time.

Prohibited Uses

Violation of any prohibition below results in immediate termination of the rental agreement, full forfeiture of the security deposit, and personal liability for all resulting damages.

• ◆Racing, speed contests, timed driving events, or track use of any kind at any speed
• ◆Burnouts, drifting, aggressive tire spin, or reckless driving of any kind
• ◆Smoking or vaping of any substance inside the vehicle
• ◆Transporting illegal substances or use of vehicle in furtherance of any illegal activity
• ◆Subleasing, re-renting, or permitting any unauthorized person to operate the vehicle
• ◆Driving outside the agreed geographic area without prior written approval
• ◆Use in any rideshare, delivery, or commercial transportation service (Uber, Lyft, etc.)
• ◆Off-road driving or driving on unpaved, gravel, or unmaintained roads
• ◆Towing any vehicle, trailer, or load of any kind
• ◆Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance
• ◆Transporting more passengers than the vehicle's rated seating capacity
• ◆Leaving the vehicle unlocked or unattended in unsecured or high-risk locations

Authorized Drivers

Only the renter named in the rental agreement is authorized to operate the vehicle. No other individual may drive the vehicle under any circumstances whatsoever. Permitting an unauthorized driver constitutes a material breach of the agreement and results in immediate forfeiture of the full security deposit and personal liability for all damages, regardless of fault or cause.

GPS Monitoring & Consent

Renter acknowledges and expressly consents to the vehicle being equipped with a GPS tracking device that continuously records real-time location, speed, mileage, trip history, and driving behavior throughout the entire rental period. This data is actively monitored by Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC. GPS monitoring is a non-negotiable condition of rental. GPS data may be provided immediately to law enforcement in the event of non-return, theft, or unauthorized use.

Vehicle Condition & Accidents

A joint walk-around inspection is conducted at both pickup and return. Both parties photograph the vehicle exterior, interior, and wheels. Photographs are timestamped and shared via text. Any damage present at return that was not documented at pickup is attributed to the renter.

Renter must contact Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC within 30 minutes of any accident, collision, theft, vandalism, or damage. In the event of an accident: call 911 if injuries are involved, obtain a police report, collect all other parties' insurance information, photograph everything, and do not admit fault. Renter is personally liable for all damage occurring during the rental period not covered by renter's insurance.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia. The prevailing party in any legal proceeding to enforce this agreement is entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.
