Information We Collect

To process your rental, we collect the following information:

• ◆Personal identification: full legal name, date of birth, driver's license number and issuing state, phone number, email address, and physical address
• ◆Insurance information: insurance company name, policy number, agent name and phone number
• ◆Payment information: collected and processed exclusively through Stripe; we do not store or have access to your full card number
• ◆GPS and vehicle data: real-time location, speed, mileage, trip history, and driving behavior — collected continuously throughout the rental period

GPS & Vehicle Monitoring

All vehicles are equipped with a GPS tracking device that continuously records real-time location, speed, mileage, trip history, and driving behavior for the duration of the rental period. This data is actively monitored by Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC to verify compliance with rental agreement terms including mileage limits, geographic restrictions, and the speed violation policy. By completing a rental, you expressly consent to this monitoring as a non-negotiable condition of rental. GPS data is retained for 90 days following the conclusion of the rental period.

How We Use Your Information

• ◆To verify renter identity, age, and eligibility before vehicle release
• ◆To verify active auto insurance coverage by direct telephone call to your insurance provider
• ◆To monitor vehicle location, mileage, and speed for security and compliance with the rental agreement
• ◆To process security deposit payments and any applicable charges via Stripe
• ◆To enforce rental agreement terms, including mileage overages, late returns, and speed violations
• ◆To communicate with you regarding your booking, verification, and rental period
• ◆To provide GPS data and renter information to law enforcement in the event of vehicle theft, non-return, or unauthorized use

Insurance Verification

As a condition of every rental, we contact your insurance provider directly by phone to verify that you maintain active full coverage personal auto insurance (comprehensive and collision) that extends to non-owned vehicles. By providing your insurance information, you authorize Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC to make this verification call. Your insurance details are used solely for this verification purpose and for any claims that may arise during the rental period.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• ◆Law enforcement: GPS data, renter identity, and rental records will be provided immediately to the Atlanta Police Department and other relevant authorities in the event of vehicle theft, non-return, or use in connection with illegal activity
• ◆Insurance companies: renter information and rental documentation may be shared with relevant insurance carriers in the event of an accident or damage claim
• ◆Stripe: payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. and subject to their privacy policy

Data Retention

Personal information and rental records are retained for a minimum of 3 years following the rental period for legal, insurance, and compliance purposes. GPS tracking data is retained for 90 days following the conclusion of each rental. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law and Stripe's data retention policies.
