REFUND
POLICY

This policy describes how security deposits, rental fees, and cancellations are handled. All financial terms are governed by the signed rental agreement. By booking with Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC, you agree to the terms below.

Security Deposit Refunds

Security deposits are refunded within 48 hours of vehicle return, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • ◆Vehicle is returned at the agreed date and time (within the 1-hour grace period)
  • ◆Vehicle is returned in the same condition as documented at pickup — no new damage, excessive dirt, or odor
  • ◆Vehicle is returned with a full tank of fuel
  • ◆All terms of the rental agreement have been met in full
  • ◆No outstanding charges, violations, or citations have been incurred

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank (typically 3-7 business days to appear on your statement).

Deposit Deductions

Deposit funds may be applied toward any of the following:

  • ◆Vehicle damage beyond normal wear and tear not covered by renter's insurance
  • ◆Late return fees: $75.00/hour for hours 1-3; $150.00/hour beyond 3 hours without communication
  • ◆Excess mileage at $3.00 per mile over the 150 miles/day limit
  • ◆Cleaning fee: $50.00 minimum (light cleaning) up to $300.00 for excessively dirty interior
  • ◆Smoke or odor remediation: $300.00 flat (professional ozone treatment required)
  • ◆Traffic citations, tolls, or parking violations: full fine amount plus $50.00 administrative fee
  • ◆Speed violation deposit forfeiture — see Terms of Service for full details
  • ◆Any other charges arising from breach of the rental agreement

If total charges exceed the deposit amount, renter is personally liable for the outstanding balance and Lynx Exotic Rentals LLC reserves the right to pursue collection through all available legal remedies, including civil court proceedings in Fulton County, Georgia.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before scheduled start
    Full deposit refund. No cancellation fee.
  • Less than 48 hours before scheduled start
    Deposit may be forfeited in part or in full at our discretion, depending on circumstances.
  • No-show (failure to appear without notice)
    Deposit forfeited in full.

Non-Refundable Items

  • ◆Young Driver Fee ($250.00) — non-refundable once the rental period has commenced
  • ◆Any fees for violations, damage, or charges incurred during the rental period
  • ◆Speed violation deposit forfeitures per the speed violation policy in the rental agreement
